You will receive an email with shipment details, including the shipment number AWB and the courier company's name. You can track your order on their website, or you can write to us at admin@covermeup.store. You can also track orders from our website.

2) Are there any shipping charges?

We are offering Free delivery across PAN India for prepaid orders.

3) Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, we do offer cash on delivery. Cash on delivery (Rs.99 extra).

8) Why is my Shipment Delayed?

We dispatch the items within 2 working days of accepting the request. Your shipment can take 5-6 working days of submitting the request. India is a huge country. Sometimes, Shipping delays can be caused by several factors, including: weather, Traffic, Port Congestion, Labour Shortage, Supply Chain Issue, Incorrect Documentation, and Operation Disruption.

We offer safe multiple Payment Options to our customers. We accept COD, Razor Pay, and Cash Free Payments. So, you can choose the most suitable payment method for you.

10) It’s very easy to cancel your order on Covermeup. There are multiple ways by which you can confidently and easily cancel your order stated below.
